Love this program. It works if you work. My leader JoJo is so supportive inspiring and funny. Lisa and the other staff are kind and caring -especially when things are tough. Been a lifetime member for 3 years and unfortunately not at goal. Just a couple more pounds and I'm back!! And free too! If you're looking to change your lifestyle to be healthy and mindful then this program my friend is for you.

You can't beat Jojo and everyone in the green chairs every Saturday morning! Steady wins the race and with Weight Watchers, that is what will happen! Learning to eat right and learning your body along with accountability is a big contributor to the success of the program
