Misty is hands down the best acupuncturist I have ever met. She has a very kind, professional, non-judgmental demeanor. Misty meets you wherever you're at in your healing journey. She is an herbalist too so, she has been able to help me deal with anxiety through acupuncture, as well as with Chinese herbs. I am convinced that if it weren't for my weekly visits with Misty, I would have fallen apart or died by now. If you need to address health issues with a caring provider, Misty is your person.

Misty is wonderful! So calm, caring, and knowledgeable. I love going to see her & have been going to her for about three years for various reasons. Misty creates a very relaxing environment and I usually fall asleep! I've also had cupping done by her for neck kinks and shoulder/back pain. I have experienced fast relief after cupping sessions. I highly recommend giving Rooted Accupuncture a try!

Misty is hands down the best acupuncturist I've ever been to and let me tell you, I've been to a lot! She is friendly, warm, as kind as they come, and a true healer. I love how she takes the whole person holistically in her approach instead of quickly just focusing on the physical symptoms like a lot of doctors and acupuncturists. Her appointments are always one of the highlights of my day because I always feel so much better afterward and it is always a pleasure interacting with authentic and genuine people like MIsty. She has helped me with fertility, anxiety, sleep, bowel movements, and just plain general sanity in stressful times. Thanks, Misty!
