If you’re looking to kickstart your fitness journey in 2024 or perfect your routine, I highly recommend Jeff as a personal trainer. I have lost around 24 pounds, feel and look better, and have never been more focused on my health.I began working with Jeff on my fitness journey in October 2022. I did one-on-one training for the first 12 months and then transitioned to his group classes.Highlights:Workouts: Jeff incorporates warm-ups, speed and power exercises, cardio, and lifting. No session is the same, and you have the opportunity to learn new exercises or achieve a new PR on a deadlift.Personalization: Jeff personalizes your workout plan to meet your nutrition, fitness, and weight loss goals. As someone with health limitations, this was crucial for me. Due to my health and COVID, I stopped working out consistently and had gained nearly 30 pounds. Jeff’s knowledge of rehab and his emphasis on proper form and technique helped me establish a routine and learn barbell lifts I never thought I could do.Game Planning: It seems simple, but Jeff goes over your goals and progress at the start of every month. This is a helpful reset when you find yourself off track with your routine. It is also an opportunity to reflect and set new goals for the month.Schedule: For my one-on-one sessions, Jeff accommodated my work schedule and understood when I needed to cancel or reschedule a session. Now that he has a mobile app, scheduling his group sessions, which are in the morning and evening, is super easy.Mobile App: This has been a great tool! It has tons of workout videos, recipes that Jeff has tried himself, and the group class scheduler, which has worked out great for me.Community: Engaging in group sessions is a wonderful way to connect with others. It's been great to meet new people and see their progress.“

Jennifer has transformed my perception of weight training from something intimidating to an empowering journey, particularly with functional strength training. Her profound knowledge in fitness, coupled with her patient and empathetic approach, has not only built my confidence but also guided me towards achieving my fitness goals. Beyond workouts, her nutritional guidance has been invaluable, making a holistic difference in my life. Massage: I have had the pleasure of receiving massages from both Lorna and Bejon. Both are very professional and experts in their craft. As a runner and a cyclist, I appreciate a good massage as a part of my recovery and ongoing body maintenance routine. While they are different in styles, they will both get you back to feeling your best. Jennifer has done a great job of finding two excellent masseuse's. Lorna: While I am sure she could do any style of massage that is requested of her, I always request a deep tissue sports massage. Lorna provides an excellent massage and is able to get down deep into the tissue and get rid of any knots that are there. I always feel very relaxed and loose after the session. Lorna provides an excellent traditional deep tissue massage. Bejon: He is a running coach and is very familiar with the needs of athletes. He practices a unique no-pain style. His massage feels very much like a Swedish style relaxation massage, but when he finds a knot or spasm, he is able to get it to release in a very gentle way. I have had countless massages over the years and I have never experienced anything quite like it. If you don't like a traditional deep tissue massage and the soreness that occurs the next day or so, but need some therapy to help with your training, I would highly recommend Bejon.“

The facility is clean with great workout equipment. Group sessions are fun. You get to know everyone there, it’s like a family. Honestly I looked forward to seeing and workout with the other gym members. The open gym is nice as well to go and do your own thing. No matter your fitness level, there is a place for you at this gym. They are so welcoming and supportive. 10/10 recommend!“

Plus, 45 minute is just the right amount time for someone who is super busy.“

2549 Chino Hills Pkwy ste a, Chino Hills“(Sorry I write a lot but that's just how great this training experience has been) 10/10 recommend--I have been training with Kacy since January 2022. I was referred to Kacy Performance by a coworker and I am forever grateful. I have a naturally athletic figure, but I wanted to make progress that I could actually track and challenge myself. I used to be that person who would sit in their car for 20 minutes before actually going in the gym. And then immediately go to the treadmill and look for any machine thats open with 0 plan. I have also had trainers in the past individual and group but Kacy has been the only trainer who actually makes sure your form is correct and takes that serious and if something is hurting that day or week he has alternative workouts to help support the injury while still making progress. Working with Kacy I can 100% say I have made consistent progress, I learned correct form, I learned what my body measurements actually meant, I am able to see and track my progress and I am finally confident going to a gym by myself when Kacy isn't there. Another plus-- I also learned correct names for the gym equipment (no more "silver bar thingy") lol. Kacy has us track our exercises each day with the correct name of the exercise, the reps and the weight. This has helped me learn different exercises and have an actual gym plan with different muscle groups. Its also nice to see when I have gone up in weight and hit a PR. What I like about training with Kacy: He actually knows his stuff!!! He helps with correct form (which is crucial and something I used to struggle with and I've never had with prior trainers), he gives reason to why the exercises he is having us do is important and what muscle group they are focused on. And he challenges us! He knows our potential and actually pushes us to to lift heavy the right way. He has trained us to be successful by ourselves. Overall I highly recommend Kacy performance.“

He's not as dramatic as smacking you on the forehead and saying you are healed but that's what I will liken it to. I have had chronic neck and back pain that has been progressing for 20 years. After seeking relief through countless other fruitless avenues, I am thrilled to be so optimistic. For the first time in forever, my pain is reduced and there is marked improvement. I finally have hope that in the near future I will be able to resume all the activities like tennis and snow skiing that I have not physically been able to do. He listens to you and tailors his approach specifically for you. He has knowledge in a variety of techniques and will use his expertise in all of them to find the right treatment for you.“

He has immense knowledge of the fitness world and all the different options out there so ask tons of questions, I know I did! Would definitely recommend for someone looking for a personal training style workout with one-on-one attention.“

Chris is very accommodating and started working at my level (out of shape and overweight). I lost 20 lbs in less than 2 months with stretching & exercise to get me back in shape but most importantly changing my eating habits. I feel better, my back problems have gone away and my energy level has increased tremendously. I've also started walking more regularly as time allows and sometimes even jog/run and my legs/body don't feel that strain on my body anymore. I Highly recommend to contact Chris if you want to start loosing weight, feeling better & being healthier . I'm in my mid 50's and the last few years my doctors remind me that I'm border line diabetic and my liver doctor also told me to cut down on carbs but don't tell you how to go about it. I tried to avoid going to the doctor to hear the same thing: loose weight, watch your diet, take Omega 3 vitamins. Now I want to see doctor to get an update on my health status.“

“Life changing...let me explain: this is the first gym I've felt totally comfortable at, and in turn, want to return to. Darlene is the trainer and so so smart. She's more than a trainer. She knows how the body & muscles work and uses that knowledge to help heal & strengthen your body. I've never felt stronger! I went in with an injury in my back, and she was very specific about how I worked out & what I did so that I didn't hurt myself more and she helped my body build muscles in other areas to easy my back pain. I've never in my life left a review for a gym, but I had to with this one. It's inclusive and welcoming. I KNOW the gym can be intimidating, especially if you haven't been in awhile, but Darlene is so welcoming and she truly cares about your health. She's easy to talk to and knows her stuff! I've seen her training folks in their 60s & 70s as well as kids. I'm actually signing my 13yr old softball player up to train with Darlene this spring! Bottom line, if you're looking for a gym that doesn't give off typical gym vibes, that is inclusive, and run by a super smart woman that will help your body in ways you never knew, THIS IS THE PLACE!“
