“(Sorry I write a lot but that's just how great this training experience has been) 10/10 recommend--I have been training with Kacy since January 2022. I was referred to Kacy Performance by a coworker and I am forever grateful. I have a naturally athletic figure, but I wanted to make progress that I could actually track and challenge myself. I used to be that person who would sit in their car for 20 minutes before actually going in the gym. And then immediately go to the treadmill and look for any machine thats open with 0 plan. I have also had trainers in the past individual and group but Kacy has been the only trainer who actually makes sure your form is correct and takes that serious and if something is hurting that day or week he has alternative workouts to help support the injury while still making progress. Working with Kacy I can 100% say I have made consistent progress, I learned correct form, I learned what my body measurements actually meant, I am able to see and track my progress and I am finally confident going to a gym by myself when Kacy isn't there. Another plus-- I also learned correct names for the gym equipment (no more "silver bar thingy") lol. Kacy has us track our exercises each day with the correct name of the exercise, the reps and the weight. This has helped me learn different exercises and have an actual gym plan with different muscle groups. Its also nice to see when I have gone up in weight and hit a PR. What I like about training with Kacy: He actually knows his stuff!!! He helps with correct form (which is crucial and something I used to struggle with and I've never had with prior trainers), he gives reason to why the exercises he is having us do is important and what muscle group they are focused on. And he challenges us! He knows our potential and actually pushes us to to lift heavy the right way. He has trained us to be successful by ourselves. Overall I highly recommend Kacy performance.“

“I have the BEST Trainer here! “Kalani”!!! I do the small group class 2-3 times a week. She is personable, listens, accommodating, understanding and makes me laugh during my sessions. I’m overweight and in my 50’s taking high blood pressure meds. I completely trust my trainer and I even feel better knowing she has her Registered Nursing License, in case I have any medical issues while I’m training. “To walk, sit, stand and lay down I had severe pain in my lower back. Dr. Robbins gave me a full adjustment on my back with some cupping therapy on the parts on my back that was "extremely tight". “I received a call from the Area Supervisor apologizing for the mask incident. I had wore a cloth mask and they required a surgical mask so i was not allowedtoparticipate. I accepted his apology and expressed my thanks and refrets aa well. I decided to renew my membership for March and have attended two classes so far. They offer cardio, core-strength training, balance exercises and wellness information. Classes are led by certified health coaches to guide you on how to safely use the equipment. I have a tailored routine at my skill level and goal (very low impact). They use a programmable key fob with my stats that I insert into each machine. I am able to focus on my upper and lower body and limbs during each workout. There is a whole monthly list of in-person and online activities, even arts and crafts and cooking videos. I will post the calendar next time.“
