At my prior cleaners of 15-plus years, I had to remind the owner what my name was... ... and the genuine greeting I receive when I walk into Emerald is unmatched.There is no strong chemical smell emitting from my clothes that I was experiencing with the prior cleaners I was using, which was the final straw for me.The lobby is always clean, and the counter is never dusty or sticky.I enjoy coming here. Prices are equivalent to other cleaners.Emerald has a quick turnaround time and has great friendly service.“

When I got there he took the time to explain how the process works and why normally it’s not doable. BUT STILL GOT IT DONE. It’s safe to say I found my new go to.“

“I've used this cleaners for the last seven years (not counting the period between March 2020 and August 2023) and they do a fairly good job of dry cleaning. They are always friendly and courteous. The period between dropping off and picking up is usually about a day. The price of dry cleaning has gone up, but has everything else. I recommend this location.“

“Pre-2020 I used another dry cleaners. Post pandemic they went out of business. Let's be real now I don't use clothes that require dry cleaners as much. However, with the holidays I needed an item cleaned. I am so glad I found Rosa!! She's reasonable and does a great job. I even had a zipper repaired.I will suggest to her that she be reliable on hours of operation based on what's on Yelp. I looked it up and said 2pm.Happen to call and she said she was closing at 1pm. That would have been disappointing. She's sweet and may just need to be aware.“
