“To be honest, I almost had a bad experience until Karla came to help me out. When I dropped my martial art uniform off, the second time around, I explained to the owner (I believe he was the owner.. Asian older man) that the uniform pants suppose to have creases but told him last time when I dropped it off, the crease was on the side instead in the front. Told him it’s not suppose to have crease on the side. And he said under his breath, “These uniforms don’t need creases.” And told me that then he’ll put an indication as no crease at all. So I said fine. When I came for my uniform, it was creased again on the side. Karla explained as nicely as possible that in their term “no crease” is creasing on the side.. wish he explained it to me then I would have said no and that I want the creases in the front.. so she said they can fix it right away and waited about less than five minutes. Additionally, to make me feel better, Karla gave me a lint roller. A small gift they give out every year. “This is a small family business and the owners are very sweet and professional.I was looking for a local dry cleaning place to have my clothes dry cleaned and stumbled upon this gem. They're very friendly, professional, and accommodating. They're always on time when your clothes are ready.They also provide alterations and tailoring. I inquired about tailoring one of my pajama pants (she called them sentimental pajamas because she told me it would cost more to tailor it then just buying a new one, but I told her my wife got it for me and it has sentimental value to me lol). She respected my decision and she ended up tailoring the way I want it and I was very happy and grateful with her work and the results!They're very honest with you and will not upsell their services. They will only tell you what's needed to be done to your clothes (i.e. your fitting, hemming, etc.). I also brought my ripped sweatpants here and she was able to fix it!Overall, the services are outstanding! I would definitely recommend this place!“

“Pre-2020 I used another dry cleaners. Post pandemic they went out of business. Let's be real now I don't use clothes that require dry cleaners as much. However, with the holidays I needed an item cleaned. I am so glad I found Rosa!! She's reasonable and does a great job. I even had a zipper repaired.I will suggest to her that she be reliable on hours of operation based on what's on Yelp. I looked it up and said 2pm.Happen to call and she said she was closing at 1pm. That would have been disappointing. She's sweet and may just need to be aware.“

The period between dropping off and picking up is usually about a day. The price of dry cleaning has gone up, but has everything else. I recommend this location.“
