Handyman Unlimited was our third estimate and interview of contractors for a kitchen remodel. Tom was the most responsive and really took the time to walk us through options and suggestions. Overall pricing was within what we had been seeing from other estimates; however, Tom was upfront with a few areas that were unknown. We wouldn't know the additional,. potential, costs until we opened up some walls and ceilings. Yes, there were a few surprises, but Tom worked with us in the change orders. Can’t recommend Tom and Handyman Unlimited enough. Had such a great experience with them that we have already asked them back for a second project. People: Tom, the office, and the crew were all great people. Enjoyed talking to all of them. Problem solvers: with any project there are going to be unexpected obstacles.
