Yoga Central is the only outdoor yoga studio in the desert, offering top-notch alignment-based yoga instruction for all levels. Beyond the gorgeous views of the Santa Rosa mountains and a lush soft lawn with plenty of shade and soft breezes, the studio also has an indoor space for select classes or inclement weather. Serving the community for 13 years, Yoga Central provides daily public yoga classes, private lessons, workshops, teacher trainings, and international retreats. Instructors like April and Anthony are praised for their exceptional guidance, presence, and the serene, rejuvenating experience they create for students, whether it's their first visit or they've been practicing for over 25 years.
