This is a non-bias statement (since he is my son… ) but Brandon has a unique way of bringing you into being present and letting go of the outer stresses of the world… You can tell he has a special gift that enables him to engage students and share in his passion of self-care and love. I hear comments from others that he is so amazing at what he does and I can’t agreed more. Keep up the excellent teachings and sharing of your yourself, as you are!
This was my first class at this Yoga Six location. Alyssa led an amazing class for us today. I felt so relaxed and refreshed after, and the class was perfect for my ability level.
Went to my first Yoga class ever and had a great experience. Corinne introduced herself at the beginning of the class, asked if I had any injuries, and brought me a mat, blocks and mat towel. Her explanation of each move was easy to understand and mimic. My body moved slow at first and I’m def out of shape and stiff as a board, but I’m sure with regular classes I can fix that. The atmosphere of the class was nice and relaxed. Overall an extremely pleasant experience so much so that I bought an unlimited membership. Excited to start my yoga and fitness journey. Easy to catch onto class etiquette and everyone respected each other’s space.
