“Went in for today for my dog's leptospirosis vaccine booster. This was up sold to me during my emergency visit a couple weeks ago. My dog received the booster quickly. She is doing well, and I have peace of mind she's fully vaccinated and cared for. This place is more expensive than most vet offices. I do trust them and appreciate that they are readily available at a moment's notice. Clean, accessible w/ caring, knowledgeable, efficient staff. Never anything bad here except the higher rates. Owning and properly caring for a pet is expensive. That's just a fact.“

“Referred here for specialty dental surgery and all I can say is wow, the dedication, compassion, and care here are just above and beyond. The surgery team stayed after hours for as long as it took to do a quality and amazing job, not even close to an off the clock once it is 5 kind of vet. “I was able to get a next day appointment for my dog. My overly impressed with their customer service and very detailed exam. Amber and her team were really amazing in diagnosing my dog who ended up having a slipped spinal disc. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a vet. I even had to call back for clarification on a prescription and they returned my phone call plus a follow up the next day to check on everything. I've never experienced that level of service. Very reassuring In the quality of care.“

“I have had a really good experience thus far with Dr Frazer and her team at Animal Dermatology. She's been very accommodating, and gotten me in for appointments, often without much notice. The staff has been kind and easy to reach, and they've done a great job treating my dog who has difficult skin issues. They recently removed a worrisome bump. He's a senior, so I was very anxious about putting him through a procedure, but everything went smoothly. I am very appreciative of the care we've received!“

He is so personable, caring, informative & a Veterinarian who cares not only for your fur baby but it's owner as well! His office visits are around 60 bucks, and all else including monthly meds he is spot on with competitors pricing! I can't recommend a BETTER VET in the desert!! “I was unable to find a 4 pound bag of a certain dog food anywhere. I stopped into this Petco (Palm Desert) I was able to speak to the manager Casey. She was very willing to help me she was able to lead me right to the dog food I was looking for. Casey also let me know that in the future if they didn't have the food in stock to let her know and she would order it for me. This store is very well stocked and very clean. All the employees were very polite and friendly paying a lot of attention to my dog and giving her plenty of cookies. I highly recommend this pet store.“

“Clarissa is great as all the front and staff are . Dr. Huston is good and explains options well and is thorough .. Got a quick Saturday appointment, which is very different from my other Vet at which my appointment was a month is advance and always waited 3 hours minimum. So much stress is gone now - clean office , professional and friendly staff - my boy is not traumatize waiting 3 hours and either am I ! Plus a cold free Diet Coke !! . My dog is on the right allergy meds now and life is a lot better for both of us.Happy happy pup.! Happy Pup Mom !!“

“I switched to Banfield because I didn't like the way my last vets table manners with my dogs. Banfield was the only vet in the desert that was taking new patients and could get them in fast to stay on their schedule. At first I didn't know anything about them. I showed up for their first appointment and was greeted by such nice and amazing people. Very friendly! I immediately felt comfortable with my dogs here. I'm not taking my dogs somewhere everyone is angry. Enough about that. I will say they do upsell their products and plans lol. Money is no object for my babies, so I say yes to everything lol. I don't know what half of it is, but who am I to know better than a vet? Exactly. It's kind of like going to a car wash. Do you wanna do interior? Sure. Wheels? Sure. Wax? Sure lol Of course it's all the shots, teeth cleaning, anal glands, puppy plan, heart stuff. During my scheduling with Banfield, I needed to get my 6th month old neutered. I apparently scheduled one with a different vet 3 months back before I started with Banfield. As that appointment date was approaching, I immediately thought, Banfield, because that is my new vet by this time. It wasn't. Everything was messed up (my fault). I immediately called Banfield and asked when I could schedule my dogs neutering. They got me on the book within a couple of weeks out. An issue did come up that we had to reschedule it because a vet was out on that day. Things happen, it's okay. I called the night before his surgery to triple check what to do and not do. The lady that answered the phone was so nice and informative on the procedure and what I should expect. Surgery day I'm crying. I have an 2 Italian greyhounds, and one thing with that breed is they shouldn't be put under unless they are under the best of care and with a staff that knows what they are doing. I showed up 7am in a mood, very protective, not wanting to leave my dog. The lady at the front desk that checked me in, (I can't think of her name right now, and I'm in the car hold the patient as I'm writing this), was so nice. Like incredibly understanding of my feelings wand everything that I was saying. Her sympathy took my walls down to trust her with my dog and leaving him there at that. I do wish it was in and out, not having to leave your dog, but I understand everything that goes along with surgery and why that is. Pick up time, I knew what time I was going to be there waiting, but Banfield called me first and told me everything went great and my dog was ready for pick up. I drove so fast to get him. I get there, and when I tell you I wanted to cry so bad. They had my little Chanel not only wrapped up in his blanket I left him with, but they put a cute little dog hoodie on him. He was wearing the cone of shame lol but then they gave me the cutest bag with his pills and stuff in with his name handwritten on it. Wow!! Just wow! Seriously. You really made me feel safe leaving one of my pride and joys with you and then to return him in even more care than I left him. Cherry on top. I'm so glad I found Banfield. Thank you everyone there. P.s. yes. I immediately took the cone off in the car so I could hold him and kiss him lol.“
