Friendly, professional. You can tell they care about the animals. They listen to the problem, the advise you clearly on the method of examination, possible causes, tests, and when they are finished with the exam they explain very clearly and thoroughly what is going to and what to do next. Then...a day or two after, they follow up with a phone call to make sure everything is going well.

We are visiting Palm Springs and brought Miko, our 10 pound Havanese. We wanted to establish ourselves here since we come once a year.All of the staff, vet tech and vet were awesome!!!!! A really nice place and they did a wellness check, found a little ear irritation, , gave him his Cytopoint shot. We both experienced hives!Absolutely great service!!!! -Patty and Miko

Professional compassionate care, more than even this. They listen, ask important questions, every employee from the front desk staff to the medical staff are fully engaged with you and your pet. We’ve had several geriatric pets with varying degrees of medical needs, all of whom outlived expectations with comfort and quality of life under the excellent care of Palm Desert Pet Hospital. They’ve helped us learn to handle and bond with a traumatized rescue, find ways to administer medicine to a reluctant pup, so much kindness in one place. They’re the best!
