When my friends bring a new family member home, I tell them to go straight to PCAH Bixby Knolls because they have the best care in the area. What I love about this place is the no hidden costs! The doctor makes an estimate for you to let you know what the cost of each procedure is going to be. If certain procedures aren't in your current budget, you can talk to the doctor about next steps. It's great knowing how much everything is going to cost before you have to blindly swipe your credit card. Shout out to Dr. Dani Gonzalez for the awesome care for Bonbon! “I took our Cat Foxy here because she got attacked by a raccoon or possum and had a bad wound on her leg which got infected. The staff and doctor were so attentive to Foxy. Unfortunately we had to put our Sweet Foxy to sleep. The staff and doctors were so sweet, respectful to Foxy as well as to our family. “I give this vet 5 stars because honestly it's a breath of fresh air . They are honest kind staff and very well with your furchildren ! Poncho was amazing . He took my dog in treated my baby with care . Very understand very friendly person over all . Listened to my every need with my pet . My pup is 9 years old and doesn't let anyone cut his nail at all ! Poncho was able to do that for him today with out my dog being in distress . Overall this is our new family vet and will be sticking with them because of how comfortable poncho made us feel ! They also let you come in with your pet and they are not about money if your dog doesn't need something they won't give it to them . I feel as if they are really here to care for your fur child .“

“Not very many vets that I would recommend. This clinic was recommended from a freind who had been going to the same vet for at least 30 years and came here on another recommendation. Me too have been going to the same vet for 25 years . The problem with the vet is the good ones have all retired and have a new young school smart staff . I am not unhappy for I still am able to be in communication with the original vet and vet tech . I came here to get a second opion on an ongoing digestive problem that my dog has had for 2 and half months . I saw Dr Beddington and she was beyond what I could have ever asked for . The time she spent , the ability to have patience and listen to me with compassion. Place is clean and my experience with Britney was right on point . Recommend highly . “I had to say goodbye to my dog today. The staff and doctors were all so compassionate and understanding. Dr. Landa was so kind and gentle with my Winnie (17 years old). He was very kind with me. Through the whole process he was gentle. You could tell he was somber as well. I highly recommend if you need someone to be honest with you but who considers the patient and client, go to them. The price was reasonable as well (I wasn't sure how much it would cost, but was pleasantly surprised what the fee was). I will miss my Winnie!“

“I took my little dog Daisy to get her teeth pulled because she had severe dental issues, and I was worried because She is very old, but Dr. Michael Shenouda was impressive. He took the time to discuss everything with me in detail, and was kind and patient with my questions. And, he did a great job with my dog's mouth. First time I encountered this Dr, and I like him a lot. I stopped bringing my dogs here because I wasn't impressed with the other docs or the front desk service, but this time the front desk staff were also very helpful and kind. I think I will start bringing my dogs back here again“

They truly care about animals and making sure they get the proper care they need. The entire staff is amazing. “I have used this business a couple of times and I wish I didn't have to but glad they are open 24 hours bc when it's after 4/5pm and you can't find any vet clinic open let me tell you they come in handy. We've have dog emergencies here and 1 was fatal but unfortunately that was the best and most difficult decision we had to make. They are thorough, a bit pricey but what After hours clinic isn't now-a-days. The staff is ok some comments made during some customers arrival were somewhat negative and unwelcoming and unnecessary (I felt) because you are there obviously due to a situation going on with your pet. I continue and will continue to come here bc of their hours. I had my 2 year old toddler with me and am appreciative they do have a small play area for kids with some toys, and the reception gave her some crayons and book and that really helped bc we were there 4 hours. Over all I give them a 4 star.“

“I love this animal hospital they are so kind and helpful. They have helped my dogs with so many issues . Even when I had to put a dog down I was so worried about putting her down. Dr Vargas and the staff were very patient with my indecisiveness when it came to letting my dog go. She explored all the options with me and even took my dog with cancer to see their surgeon to see if there was anything that can be done . I also loved how I did not feel like I was getting ripped off . They were genuinely concerned with my dogs well being and helped with answering any questions. The front desk staff is very kind and helpful. Everyone goes above and beyond to help“
