Being a family business, there was a personal touch to their interactions and that made a big difference to me. I appreciate someone treating me like an extended family member.

Another major advantage is that this company is Spanish-speaking, which was very helpful to me and my husband. Their knowledge of Santa Ana building codes was also very good, and they were always available to run down to the city to fill out any necessary paperwork. They handled all the permits and inspections, and sent the workers to my property on time. Building a home is stressful and I am so glad that I was able to have the Vasquez family handle all that stress.

Throughout the construction, there were issues like material shortages or blueprint issues and they were so quick to fix these problems. They have been in the business for a long time and they know how to fix any issues. I like that if I saw a mistake or an issue, l could give them a call and they would send someone to fix it right away; honest people!

“It was a pleasure working with Nader Iskander and his associates. We had our garage converted into an ADU. Nader was on top of everything. The whole project took less than 3 months. He designed the project as well as forsaw it from start to finish. We had 640 sq.ft. to work with and he made every square foot count. We ended up with a beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bath house. He included some great features like sensored exhaust fan and lighting in the bathroom. The shower doors are also awesome and a huge space saver. The kitchen cabinets are of great quality. He was always available to us for any questions or concerns we had. The process was smooth and even when unforeseen issues came up he addressed them right away. We are very grateful we found NDC. “A roof leak during winter storms is never fun. Called Inhome Renovation and they came out the very next day. They assessed the damage and scheduled the work for that Saturday.
