“I could genuinely not say enough great things about Dr. Hick and his staff. Today, I brought my 7-year old in with me for a dual appointment. My 5-year old also tagged along. The staff brought coloring supplies out which made them so happy! Dr. Hick was incredible with the kids. He had multiple tricks up his sleeve! He was incredibly kind and made them feel more than comfortable. In addition, he also took care of my skin care issues without a hiccup. I can't recommend him and this office more. “After reading these reviews I was hesitant to schedule an appointment . However , when I called they answered the phone . I was able to schedule an appt within the month .. day of my appointment , I was scheduled at 4 , and I was in the area in the morning .. i called to see if there's anyway they can see me . And sure enough I was squeezed in .. they were more than accommodating , I saw the PA ( I can't remember the names , I'm horrible at name recalling ) .. however both the PA and the MA we're extremely nice and helpful and knowledgeable .. overall great experience .. Everyone tends to post when they have a "negative" experience .... People should hear about the positives as well !“

His staff is caring as well and they do everything in their power to give the best administrative medical attention. Dr Heller confirmed a skin condition by using a microscope to see the tissue. No guesswork. He made sure. This is an example of his diligent medical care. He explains things very succinctly and is very personable and kind. He is the epitome of who and how a Doctor should be.“

“I have been going to a Exceptional Dermatology Care, since I was a sophomore in high school. Dr. Amy Nguyen is the best, because for one she is so kind and two She's understanding of my concerns with my sensitive skin. I have gone through so much from acne to hyperhidrosis, and she has been there to help me through all of it. They prescribe you was best for yourself and let you know what you could experience with it and how it can help you for you to understand whether it can benefit you or not. They work well in most insurances, which I am appreciative of as well as having a really clean medical office which I appreciate. The receptionist as well, are also so kind. Everyone there has a great personality and is very welcoming once you come through the doors to help you with whatever you need.“

“I love this location. I've had amazing customer service from Annie who contacted me regarding my appointment. When I walked in I was greeted by the staff. I met Annie and she gave me great customer service. When I was taken to a room by Annie, very quick I met Veronica who went inside the room who cared about my health and took care of all my health information. I came to cauterize my cherry angiomas with Dr Baugh who made me feel comfortable. I liked how the Dr and staff treated me. They were very professional. “office is a little out dated but Dr Rosenberg is the best. I suffered with a rare disorder called lichen Planus and no doctor anywhere in California could tell me what was wrong or offer treatment or relief of any kind . upon my first visit a biopsy was preformed and like magic DR Rosenberg was all over it. ordered treatment plan , moved quickly to get me some relief . I am forever indebted to him and his quick actions to take care of his patients. love love love him, and you will too! I can ONLY speak for Dr Rosenberg and I stand behind him, I am sorry that others have had a bad experience . its been years since my last visit and maybe things have changed a bit as far as staff and rentovations . Dont let this keep you from getting the help you deserve.“
