“I suffered a fairly serious shoulder injury while skiing last February (2022). I could barely move my arm due to pain/stiffness. MRI showed moderate damage to rotator cuff and surrounding tissue. Post surgery, after ~four weeks in a sling, I could barely raise my arm - extremely limited range of motion and significant loss of muscle strength. I was concerned that I would never fully recover the use of my arm, which is a problem for a very active person. After ~four months of PT with Jordan at Select Physical Therapy, I was just released with almost 100% of my prior range of motion and a noticeable increase in muscle strength to the point where I have returned to my normal active lifestyle.
