I've been with HomeInstead for over 20 years. All this time has been with the La Mesa office on Jackson Road. They have given me excellent, safe, comforting service after my stroke. Anna, Karla, and Elena have been extremely caring and supportive through my progress. I have nothing but the highest praise for the La Mesa Home Instead office on Jackson Drive. The entire office staff is highly professional and they went out of their way to ensure that my caregiver needs over the past year were met using exceptionally well-qualified caregivers. They were extremely flexible in modifying my schedule on a number of occasions in order to accommodate short term caregiver changes I had to make due to such things as appointments and overnight guests. But the best feature of all in dealing with this office is the quality of the caregivers themselves who are sent out to take care of my wife, an Alzheimer’s patient. Home instead in la Mesa was a life saving service for my brother. They provided much needed help and comfort during difficult times. Their kind and thoughtful approach often went beyond expectations.
