After my father recently passed away, we decided my mother needed a little home care help. Unfortunately we chose All Valley Home Care. After the the first visit, the care provider said she could not help my mother with bathing, which was the primary reason for getting home care! A few days later, they admitted that this caregiver was the only one they had in north county! We, of course, canceled the service,and have been trying to get a refund of her deposit for over a month now. When you call, they will refer you to the bookkeeper Jimmy, who stalls. Michael Drake, and Erik Chavez are continuing the stall tactics. This company appears to be a complete fraud....read full review
