“Steve came by to inspect our future two story home. It was $491 for the general home inspection, termite inspection for free, and about $260 for the sewer scope. The inspection was very thorough going through every nook and cranny of the home and trying to capture any issue. He was very receptive to me being by his side and asking questions about some of the items in the home. The report was available within a few hours and it was very thorough with picture evidence attached to every item as well.“

“Victor from HT was awesome to work with. He always got right back to us when we had questions and The pricing was fair. Our house has very fragile clay tiles and we were warned there would be some breakage. His crew was experienced with roofs like ours and the damage was minimal. We also have over 300 corbels that have a gutter cut out that makes them fragile as well. To our amazement not 1 was broken. Our home was left clean, all mulch that had been cleared next to the house per their instructions was put back in place. We didn't expect that at all. All the doors and drawers we were told to leave open were also closed after the fumigation. Most importantly the termites and other critters are gone. We would highly recommend Hungry Termite.“

“Lincoln did a good job scheduling me for my first appt. Emailing the contract and the auto texts to confirm the onsite appt time were helpful. I got a text 30 min before the tech arrived as promised. The tech was polite and friendly, though he wasn't sure what treatment he was there for. There was a bit of a glitch during the appt. The manager I talked to was kind, listened well, and confirmed how he'd help. Things happen and how they are addressed is key! I'm comfortable having them continue monthly treatments.“

“Sam Wilson came to the rescue! My regular pest control company couldn't come out for a week and Sam came within 2 hours. I thought I had a rat with babies living in my fireplace. Turns out it was a racoon with babies. Someone came out to install a one way door. Sam called me after hours when he got the report from the technician. He told me that it was not a rat and he came right away. It was after 6pm and he took off the one way door and put exit solution and the racoon took her babies and left that night. He followed up a few days later and sealed the space. It was so stressful to have the scratching and babies crying and my pets losing their minds. Sam saved the day and it is quiet again.“
