Steve was super diligent and thorough while inspecting the property. He went over everything in detail with us which was very helpful to understand the details of the property.I would highly recommend them without a doubt.

Steven Mills was our inspector and he did a phenomenal job! Efficient, thorough, and professional. And he provided the inspection report within a few hours. We were there during the inspection and Steven walked us through all his findings at the end. I don't think he missed a single thing (he even noticed little things such as the filters in the microwave hood ventilation being missing or a door not closing completely). Highly recommend this company!

Steve was very professional, thorough, and meticulous during his inspection. He discovered leaks that the owner wasn’t aware of and definitively saved the owner and us money. During the inspection the listing agent listened in and wasn’t aware of new changes with smoke detectors in every room. The listing agent said, “Wow, you’re very thorough.” Highly recommended to anyone who’s looking to have a well done inspection completed.
