“So much gratitude to Dr Hedrick! This guy is exceptionally talented/skilled/connected to his craft (?). Some of my spine issues are pretty intense. I've been avoiding surgery for many years but a couple of years ago my chiro even suggested it. She was awesome but she knew her adjustments weren't doing enough to help me. She had seen me for years and had seen my images. I found Dr H about a year ago and his treatments have given me the most lasting relief. Even my MD acknowledges that Dr H seems to be the best treatment option I have. I wish my insurance would see that it could save money in the long run if it paid for regular visits. I don't really understand how/why his approach works but I'm thankful for the results! I swear once it even helped my ADHD - my clarity and focus were snapped into place! :) I also like how he promotes/encourages wellbeing without being righteous nor pretentious. “Dr. Goldstein is the best chiropractor in San Diego.I walked in looking like the leaning tower of Pisa with pinch any time I would try to straighten my back. I went to his office several days after urgent care gave me muscle spasm medication. I was praying it wasn't anything serious. Luckily he knew exactly what was wrong. After therapy and small adjustments, he showed me some at home exercises to do! The very next day I woke up with zero pain and no pinching. (No pinches since)I will premise that in all healing journeys, you are not to compare or expect anyone else's experience because our bodies are all different. (I'll also throw in that I am a heavier set gal but he had no problem adjusting my back!!) I did appreciate that there was no scary thousand dollar contracts.
