Dr. Goldstein is the best chiropractor in San Diego.I walked in looking like the leaning tower of Pisa with pinch any time I would try to straighten my back. I went to his office several days after urgent care gave me muscle spasm medication. I was praying it wasn't anything serious. Luckily he knew exactly what was wrong. After therapy and small adjustments, he showed me some at home exercises to do! The very next day I woke up with zero pain and no pinching. In the fall of 2022, my son was traveling northbound on El Camino Real. He had a green light to make a left turn. As he turned in the intersection, he noticed a truck heading south in the left lane was not slowing down and ran the red light. My son tried to avoid the oncoming truck, but it swerved into him, hitting him at over 50 mph without any skid marks, causing my son's truck to spin 360+ degrees around while nearly flipping over. I must sing from the rooftop re: Dr. Brandon Goldstein & his wondrous coordinator, Maria! After a spill on the ski slopes, my neck, trapezius, scapula were in agony. Driving, overhead activities, even putting pillowcases on a pillow were agony. My primary MD Rx'ed muscle relaxants & physical therapy. Regretfully, after 2 rounds of PT, myofascial release, massage therapy, & ultimately Trigger Point injections, I was no better & most despondent. To my good fortune, a friend who had fallen from her horse recommended Dr. G. When I reached out to the office, Maria fit me in that same week!
