“I went here as the third optical store to get my daughter's eye exam for the third time. It was her first pair of glasses, and I wanted to ensure she got the proper measurement. As this was my first time getting glasses for my young daughter, I had many questions.

A young gentleman named Vy, who works at the optical store, helped answer every detail of my questions and explained all the important factors to consider when selecting frames for kids. Even after I left the store, I called a few days later to ask about the pupillary distance for her eyes. Despite being busy, Vy took the time to answer all my questions over the phone.

Honestly, it was the best customer service experience I've had in many years. They don't try to upsell like other optical stores and provide honest guidance to help you get the glasses within your budget. Even though I don't have insurance, I will continue to come here as long as Vy works there.“

The staff was very courtias and helpful, and the Optimetrist was very thorough and explained every step of the eye exam, doing much more compare and contrast than I have had in the past and actually showed me the difference between my old and new prescription! The optician was very helpful in choosing frames and options for UV and glare and was careful that the progressive lenses were accurately defined for manufacture. Finally, the cost was carefully itemized for my review and approval. Highly Recommended!“

“Made an appointment to modern eye optometry from the beginning the receptionist was very friendly and answered all my questions,The Dr. was extremely nice, love the experience. Their equipment is very updated I would recommend ,only thing I can say was a negative for me was that the restroom was not working I had to go to the restaurant next-door to use it so I hope they can fix that little issue but other than that it was great.“
