“HealthFit is great. Treatment is expensive, but you get what you pay for. Care is very comprehensive, personalized, and curated to your specific issues. I had residual neck pain/restriction that I felt daily after completing all recommended treatments with a previous chiropractor a year prior. Dr. Daphne helped reduce the neck pain to minimum in a few sessions and taught exercises to maintain mobility. However, treatment isn't always smooth. After almost completing the neck program, I got into a minor car accident that led to months of back pain with difficulty in long periods of sitting or walking/bending with increased movement at work daily. I entrusted care in HealthFit again. I grew frustrated with all the post accident limitations on daily life and feared its lasting effects. Dr. Daphne was attentive and patient through it all. She diagnosed the issues, figured out what worked, and didn't work through the program. Physical therapy requires a lot of patience, time, and effort, but I can finally walk and function close to normal again. I am truly appreciative and grateful of Dr. Daphne for her care through the tough time. The front desk staff (Al, Feliza, and Hailey) are always friendly and communicative as well.“
“Excellent experience with Kelley. She was very nurturing and made me feel very safe and comfortable. She was informative and thorough. The room was healing within itself, too.“
“Michelle is wonderful and has helped me with my herniated disc issues. She is patient and caring“
“I came to Dr. Loc with severe back pain and sciatica on my left side. I had been doing chiro, physical therapy, and acupuncture for 3 months with no results. The MRI showed a disc extrusion so the orthopedic surgeons did a steroid injection and again, no results.I went to Loc and he put me in new shoes right away. Such a "small" thing reduced my pain by ~30%, which after seeing no results for so long felt like a miracle. Then over the course of 4 months (1 visit every 2 weeks) he gave me exercises that slowly but surely brought my pain down to 0-1/10. The exercises didn't always make sense to me, but they worked, and I now have them in my toolkit if things ever start to flare up again. It was truly transformational. Before the back pain started my husband and I wanted to have a baby. Once the pain started we had to stop trying because I couldn't imagine what the added weight and delivery would do to my body. After going to Loc for 2 months, we decided to start trying again because I was feeling so much better and I'm now happy to be 6 months pregnant with no issues.Sessions are expensive, but for me it was worth it to get my life back. I was also paying close to the same amount when I added up more frequent Chiro, PT, and acupuncture copays. My PPO also did reimburse me ~$90 per session, which helped somewhat.“
“I completed 18 visits of physical therapy at this center. I'm very satisfied with the results I was able to achieve with their assistants. I'm starting on my acupuncture next week with them for my workers comp, I'm sure it will be equally great!“
“I have been attending this Select Therapy location off and on for over (6) years for my bilateral knees. I love it here. They make sure you work hard and keep you a good amount of time to help your strength increase. Billie, my phenomenal therapist gives quality care. He makes sure each week your mental and physical shape is capable of the exercises he gives you. You get one-on-one time with your therapist which is beautiful. You start with a warm-up by riding a stationary bike, or treadmill. You then do your numerous strengthening exercises. After that, the therapist works on your injured body party with his hands and equipment to help stretch out your tight muscles, pain, etc. You then are iced with ice pads for (10) minutes. Great place for work hardening, or regular physical therapy if you are serious about your recovery. You will truly benefit from their therapy sessions. All the staff is helpful and very nice. The place is clean and they sanitize all equipment, beds, balls, belts, etc. after each person uses it. That's a big plus for me. I like that they sanitize everything it makes you feel safe. Plenty of parking in the parking lot.,“
“Dr. Kuskin is patient and kind, explains each step as he goes along and asks detailed questions to better help the process. The building is a Small Space, Clean Environment, Really clean and organized Restroom. And the receptionist Ariga is polite and organized.“
“Dr Mead is a very experienced PT. Love how she is caring for her patients!!!!!! Very punctual“
“Great staff. And Dr. I was going there for 6 months. I have not been to new location. As I no longer need the therapy. I would recommend.“
“This is the best physical therapist I have been to my life. I have been going going to all different physically therapist’s my whole life. Imperial has been the best and the only ones that brought my motion back from a near fatal car and multiple motorcycle accidents. Thank you ? you guys are awesome people and super nice!!“
“I came here after a calf muscle strain, a bad one. Crutches for the 1st 2 weeks! They turned me around really fast, got the swelling down, gave me some excellent exercises, got my strength back, and I'm now back to normal, except for needing to get back training! Highly recommended.“
“I've been to many different physical therapists in my lifetime, but no one has ever been as good as John M. at Tyler. Hands down, he is absolutely the best -- his vast knowledge, ability to explain things and therapeutic approaches are second to none. He's intuitive, energetic and very personable. I've been going to John at Tyler for PT on my shoulder and my hip, and I'm seeing excellent results. I've also worked with Austin, the occupational therapist at Tyler, who has been very helpful and a pleasure to work with. One thing I really appreciate about Tyler PT is that they schedule you in for an entire hour with your therapist. Most of the other PT places I've been too shuttle you from one person to another, there's a lack of continuity and I think that negatively affects the quality of care. Not so at Tyler -- their one-on-one approach creates focused and intensive PT sessions that I find immensely helpful. The front office person is also quite helpful and very competent. I highly recommend Tyler PT, and especially John M.“
