Jane is amazing! I thought I might never walk again without major surgeries. she has taught me so much. whatever the painless therapy she is doing has almost eliminated the intense pain I was experiencing. I'm walking again and extremely hopeful for a full recovery. I had seen another PT for 6 weeks and tried to do all the exercises they gave me with zero improvement. But within 1 week of seeing Jane my pain has gone from a 8/9 to a 2. I Highly recommend her! She really knows what she is doing.
I had undergone 2 weeks of physical therapy without any progress in my pain level or mobility until I found Jane. She took the time in my initial appointment not only to treat me but also to teach me proper movements to expedite the recovery process. Within the next few days I had marked improvement and my pain level decreased. She has an exceptional bedside manner and is extremely knowledgeable. I do not hesitate to drive from the OC to visit her and highly recommend her and her practice!
I've had lower back issues for several years. I used to see chiropractors for relief which helped for a while. It wasn't until I started going to Fyzical that I found longer-lasting improvement. This was due to the more holistic approach Jane uses. Rather than just providing temporary relief, she examines and assesses your whole-body interaction. For me, this meant I needed to work on my alignment, my posture and balance. I was skeptical at first.... how was my posture going to help my back pain? However, over time as I worked at it and began to understand how my neck, back, hips and legs should be aligned I saw improvement. This has allowed me greater flexibility and the option to become more active. Having taken up pickleball during Covid, it's a good thing because I love it and can play all because of the education Jane has provided. By the way, Carmella the office manager is a true gem. So helpful in arranging appointments and keeping everything straight with my insurance. And, she has a fabulous smile!
