It's tight secured unit. Staff is extremely busy, nice, and helpful. My father is here for lung, throat, multiple issues. His unit only 5 rooms, 1 nurse for two patients. 24 hr care. I'm very grateful he's in their hands. Location views are beautiful.
I was in the ER for 4 nights here. Joyce, Bernie, and Gloria all made a tremendous difference in the quality of my stay. There was a vast difference in care every time they entered the room compared to other staff and they did such a great job at educating me and making me feel comfortable. Genuinely some of the nicest people I've come across in my entire life. A Doctor's error was the only negative thing I experienced. On my prescription, I was prescribed 2 insulin pens, but the doctor seemed to have forgotten prescribing the actual needles, which makes the pens completely useless.
