“We started Tmax since my son was four years old, and now he is six. Initially, we intended to enable him to concentrate and follow instructions while simultaneously improving his coordination of hands and feet. Following many classes, we sensed our son was improving in class while still diligently developing his hand-eye coordination. Recently, however, Master Lee has been notably absent from the tiny tiger classroom. The Master moulin exhibits a less than enthusiastic demeanor, although he maintains an intense level of seriousness in his teaching. It is possible that he has previously tutored younger students, and thus, his intensity in teaching may be heightened. However, it is crucial for him to exhibit more joy during the classroom experience. Furthermore, we have observed a significant number of mosquitoes present inside the gym. These mosquitoes necessitate their elimination to prevent potential health issues among children.“

“I began taking weekly classes with Master Sun seven months ago. My weekly private lessons with Master Sun and my new daily tai chi practice has helped me immensely in increasing body awareness, building mobility and strength, decreasing anxiety, and being more mindful. As a climber and weight lifter, Tai Chi is the perfect accompaniment to my other fitness activities - it’s helped me in both of these areas while allowing me to increase my focus, mobility, breath control, form, and balance.Master Sun is an excellent teacher and is truly committed to his craft. He provides clear guidance during our lessons and sets a strong intention for every movement, sequence, and form. I’ve learned SO MUCH in just seven months via our time spent focused on 24 and 48 short forms, as well as many other individual movements and stretches.Tai chi focuses heavily on the kinesthetic senses, a skill that has pushed me to increase my body awareness and memorization of body movements more than I’ve ever done before. Master Sun is extremely helpful during the memorization process and breaks down each movement and sequence slowly and clearly while assisting with understanding intention, energy projection, breath-work, and good technique. He’s also clear in demonstrating how to move and how to project intention (“hold a ball”, “reach forward”, “press down on a table”, touch the ceiling”, etc) which makes it easier to visualize and memorize the movements while understanding the internal tension and release that is crucial throughout the practice of tai chi.Master Sun is talented, kind, and patient. I am grateful to have him as a teacher and I look forward to many years of expanding my tai chi practice with his guidance!I recommend that everyone tries tai chi! Master Sun is the best teacher you can find. He’s a true master.Final thoughts: The Tai Chi Academy is always very clean and quiet. There’s plenty of parking in the back of the building.
