Sam gave me solutions immediately and a link to purchase an adapter to access my hard drive. I didn't feel comfortable doing this myself since I didn't know if my HD was corrupted. Sam gave me an appointment the next day and came to my home. He was so knowledgeable and was able to access my hard drive and move everything into my new computer. I can't recommend Sam's IT enough, the price was more than reasonable for his travel and time, and his honesty is invaluable. HIGHLY recommend.“
