My computer was crashing to a black screen while gaming, and was becoming increasingly unreliable. Sam was super communicative, professional, and timely in taking care of the problem; not only did he replace my power supply, but he also re-configured some fans that had been improperly installed. And the cherry on top was that he was more than happy to talk me through exactly what he was doing, why he was doing it, and what effect it would have. The myriad of 5 star reviews are well earned, and Sam is definitely my new go to for any future tech needs.

I had a problem with my macbook pro screen and I contacted Sam regarding my problem. He was very professional and polite and he helped me understand what was wrong with my laptop. Making an appointment was easy and he fix it in no time. He save me time and money. I'm very grateful to Sam. Thank you so much for not only fixing my laptop, but also saving me time because I'm a pharmacy student, and I need to use my computer. Thanks again for the great service!
