“Wow! Air conditioning went out in almost 100 degree weather yesterday. Henry the owner came out within hours of calling and assessed the need for a part. Came back today and installed it and it's working fine already. What a relief! Added bonus is he installed a new thermostat yesterday that we thermostat we got from Southern California Edison. “Anthony came to check a gas wall heater that got tagged by the gas company as having a faulty pilot light. In spite of some initial attempt at up charging for the job, he finally came back to earth and was very helpful finding a cost effective solution for us. I guess you can't blame them for trying on the upcharging since it is how they make their money? I don't appreciate that practice since it is in essence trying to take advantage of people but when we explained our situation, he became more reasonable with his pricing and so far the heater works fine again with a 1 year warranty.“
