I had an excellent experience with MSP installation of a new furnace at my home. Response was prompt, technicians professional, courteous, and friendly. Jay determined issue and explained available options. Immediate response to all phone calls. Before and after photos taken along with explanations of work performed. Very clean, no mess left behind.Special thanks to Brandon, Danny, Jay, and Donald. Dispatcher Donald continued to send technicians out on return visits until the installation was completed to his total satisfaction. And thank you to Jay. I still have your space heater. My cats are loving it. ??
