“5 star experience with an owner that takes pride in his business and stands behind their service. My young teen son's first experience (Lake Forest location) was none too great as he received a much shorter haircut than he wanted. Zac, the owner, reached out to find out what happened to try to rectify the situation, which I appreciated. Since nothing could be done immediately (can't put hair back), he offered to comp his next haircut once it grew out. We recently took him up on his offer and went to the Irvine location. My son left smiling, which makes this mama happy. The Irvine shop was clean and had about 4(?) chairs. You sign in at the front for your appointment and they have drinks in the waiting area for you to enjoy. We were greeted when we walked in which is always nice and welcoming. They were busy so even with an appointment we were taken about 20 minutes late. I still have it as a 5 star since I admire a business than stands behind their product/service and honors their commitment to quality.“
