“I just went to this location for my first Pap smear and I was sooo nervous but “Teodora” was really nice and professional, she reassured me about everything. Even the first nurse who I spoke with was great and listened to all my concerns. Only thing I didn’t like was that one of the staff opened the door while I was having my Pap smear and asked the lady a question and they made it seem so normal but that isn’t normal to me, I need privacy but maybe I’m just too conservative. It really made me feel uncomfortable tho but oh well they already saw me what can I do? Lol“

“Actually, this is one of the best medical groups in Los Angeles, In terms, of the quality of care given I must rate them ten stars. This medical group is better than Kaiser Permanents in terms of medical care and service. My NP H.Lee sent out for testing and found out I had a kidney stone. The following day she sent me to get a Cat scan than scheduled to have it removed within a week. When you schedule an appointment. You do not have to wait countless hours. All appointments schedule the patient is seen on time. Oh, the new name is Providence Axminister Group. I would not choose any other group but this one.“

“I love this clinic . Close to home and the doctors are amazing . They are expanding and the facility is so clean . As soon as you walk in there Is someone guiding you . I changed my clinic to this place because the doctor listen and understood what I needed and listen to my concerns . When taking about blood I didn't feel a thing . They are super gentle and very knowledgeable. The only thing that sucks is parking but there's no parking in LA ever“

“This post is strictly for Dr.Steinberg, my mom and I have been his patients for over ten years. He is thorough, and makes sure all my questions are answered and referrals are made. He calls me personally to go over any lab results, and follows up with me about my care at specialists. If it wasn't for him I would have not received medication for my autoimmune disease ( which is not covered under medical/ insurance). I would say the wait time has tremendously improved. I expect wait times to be long because he serves a big population, if you have medical you know there is usually a wait. My wait time went from 2hrs to about 40minutes. I will tell you, he is worth the wait. As far as office staff, I have seen many come and go, and these ladies work hard, sometimes only one girl is there. I have never had any problems with them. Overall, I keep coming back for Dr. Steinberg. He truly cares about his patients, and is always trying to improve customer service.“

“We had great success with USC and Dr Baker. Before coming here we did 3 IUIs with Kaiser and I had two pretty traumatic miscarriages. Because of this, we opted to test our embryos before implanting. Our first round we didn’t get anything viable. It was gut-wrenching. Dr Baker was supportive, kind and, most importantly, determined. We added growth hormone in the second round at her suggestion and ended up with 4 viable embryos! And now we are parents to a wonderful baby girl. The nurses are also very kind—you get to know them when you have to go almost every day! I paired my treatment with acupuncture from Elysia Life Care (the best!) and the staff here really worked to accommodate having someone join me for acupuncture on my transfer day. No one asked me for this review, I just know when I was looking for answers reviews were where I turned. Best of luck!“

“They take care of us well. They take a little long to take care of people but it is not much. They have a waiting room and put tvs so you can be entertained while you are waiting.“

“This place is solid. They lost a star from past experiences(in the past two years) being called by my legal name even though the intake form asks for authentic name. The wait time is also outrageous unless you have a morning appointment.

But in my most recent visit(this week) i was not deadnamed or misgendered. I think, unfortunately, it comes down to the worker that happens to pull your chart. Regardless, it's still my go to in the area for free sti testing and contraception.“

They took care of me throughout the whole process and made me feel as if I was going to be in safe hands. I thank the man up above for Dr. Shaham hands that were guided through that surgery and made the possible for us to become pregnant.
