“I was reluctant to come to this branch following a telehealth consultation due to the ratings, but I took a chance because it was the closest option for me, and I have to say this Kaiser is probably one of the best I've been to. First of all it has a convenient parking structure like most branches. Reception was quick and efficient. I was at the front desk no more than two minutes because they ran my information and orders, and immediately directed me to the appropriate clinic. Once I checked in online, I wasn't in the waiting room for very long before I was seen by a nurse, who walked me through the testing process (I think her name was Adriana). She was very polite and engaging, and extremely patient when I struggled with the procedure. She even cracked a few jokes to make me feel comfortable. When we finished, I was given my paperwork and directed to the pharmacy. I didn't even have to check in--my prescription was ready for pick up by the time I got off the elevator. My whole visit lasted an entire thirty minutes, and the whole experience was very pleasant and efficient.“
