This was my first appointment with Dr. Penaloza and I was very pleased. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. The nurse that took my vitals was very polite and caring. I'm glad that Dr. Penaloza is my new doctor.

We came in to get both my daughters physicals and my son was bleeding alittle from a scab he picked and I asked her for a alcohol pad. The nurse who helped us Towonna M Beard took him in a examination room and clean him up aswell as gave him extra bandaids just incase. She was sweet to him along with my girls during their physicals.
