I needed to replace a old rickety wood gate. I chose Straight Gate Fence Company after viewing their website and image gallery and comparing other local companies. I called the main number and left a message. Richard, the main man, messaged me back and asked what I was looking for and details of my old gate. He was able to come out the next day with samples and to take measurements and access the old gate space for a new installation. His truck is a sample “showroom” of gate frame styles and a variety of plank insert colors and types. I chose a style and insert color. He gave me a verbal estimate and technical details of the gate and the installation. He later sent me a written proposal. I agreed and confirmed the same day. After a week and a half Eddie came out to install the new gate. It was a pretty straight forward project. Installation seems perfect. He hauled away the old gate and cleaned up the site. He did an excellent job. The gate looks great

“This contractor is not qualified to install concrete. I hired them to pour and finish a small concrete slab around my pool. The first time they set the concrete, it cracked in 7 places within the first hour. They had to jack hammer everything out. During this process they damaged the pool coping, and did not reduce the price to cover the damage. The second time they set and finished the slab, the finish was different shades of gray. The job will have to be performed again by someone else.“

We were looking for not only a regular gardener for maintenance services, but also to refresh the old desert landscaping (which previously had faded mulch and all the DG had blown away and started to look old). I had to call to follow up to get quote but got it. every time I called in the Lady who answer was very pleasant. Placed order. Had to wait a couple of weeks as he had stated. When I went to pick up my order I was blown away at the quality - especially the Powder Coating - Excellent. Each painted part was individually wrapped in plastic. Unbelievable. Julios has provided us with world class service from the beginning of process to the very last step of getting product installed at our recent store. I can vouch him blindly for the expertise he has on framing, designing and fabricating product with very minimal interactions and inputs. He was able to deliver the product within agreed timeline.
