“This is a great business. They are always friendly, helpful, and professional whether you need an appointment, prescription refill, or just have a question, they are there to help. Our veterinarian was Dr Navia. She is a superb clinician, has great surgical skills and is very gentle with animals. She treated our dog for a bad heart valve and heart failure over a couple of years. When his disease progressed and we decided on euthanasia to prevent suffering she was very skillful at the procedure and provided us emotional support as well. Everyone at the facility is service oriented. You will never feel like you are bothering them and never feel like they are in it for the money. A simply great group of people. As a retired family doctor I give them my best recommendation,“

“Got a student groom Tidy Trim service done on Keanu, a wooly pomsky. They did such a great job and when they found mats on his chest that couldn’t be brushed out they called and asked permission to cut them out which I gave. I had been contemplating doing that myself but with a newborn at home it’s been hard to maintain Keanu’s wooly coat on my own. The student grooming sessions are half off, which made it an amazing deal. You can tip on the service even via card payment. Entrance is in back, and they also have a few designated customer parking spots in the lot out back.

“Just moved to the area and was looking for an affordable, but good groomer near us Because we have three Shih Tzu’s and grooming them can get very expensive. I’m so glad I found this spot! Not only is the price great, but they do a very good job and they do it quickly. One of our babies is very timid and is usually a little traumatized going to even a normal groomer who does a decent job. But even she was happy after her grooming session here! That’s actually super incredible because again even good groomers, She’s usually not happy about. I highly recommend! Love this place“

“Although I live in North Hollywood, I’ve been to Tailwaggers in Larchmont Village a number of times and it is BY FAR The best store I’ve ever been to for my kitties needs. Beautiful clean well kept well presented and their inventory is phenomenal. Very good customer service where I can call in my order and expect it ready once I get there. “My dog LOVES Den, and so do I. It is a pricier day care, but it is worth it to us. We have a young, sweet dog who loves everyone, but can be a bit much. We needed a place where she could learn how to socialize properly. They have a trainer on staff and they offer training sessions to add your day care (at an additional cost). The staff are very skilled, friendly, and patient.“

“Came here after desperately looking for a place to groom my 6 month old pup after a cancellation with our usual groomer . Ana was able to squeeze us in on a same day appointment. Due to us waiting for him to be fully vaccinated to proceed with his first cut my guy went in a hot mess !This was my pups first haircut and omg did Ana deliver ! He went in a shaggy mess and came out a prized looking pup! He smelled amazing , his cut was even and he was happy. I loved that she commented how well of a dog he is because he really is and she noticed .I was in fear that I'd get back an overly short hair cut for him but no She left his hair long enough to look like a cuddly little bear , so cute !
