He is definitely not the “easiest customer.” As owners, we are very selective about where we bring him. Each time, he is warmly welcomed by the team and is clearly well cared for. They’ve got stuff to clean their ears, face wash, cologne, even hypoallergenic shampoo! I got a discount for having two dogs which I really liked. I also left with a stamp card for my next visits.“

Roxi was warm and accommodating.“

“I just recently moved to La Habra and I was in need of finding a new dog groomer. After searching high and low, I found the Puppy Place Grooming! I was shocked to see that this business had nothing but 5 stars and good reviews so I decided to take a chance and I'm happy to say... THEY ARE AMAZING!!!!!!!! I told him how my dog was an anxious dog and she couldn't be kenneled. They were understanding and reassured that they would not place her in the kennel. They knew I was nervous myself because my dog has had terrible experiences in the past, and they kept reassuring me not to worry. When I dropped her off they told me they would start on her asap and let me know 10-15 minutes prior to her being ready so I can be there and they did just that!!!!! I am so happy, and my dog looks amazing!!!!! I want to note - Jose is the sweetest person ever. When we dropped our dog off he was so sweet and loving towards her and I knew she was in good hands! I will be back when she is due for a bath/haircut. Puppy Place is the best!!!!!!!“
