“I used to dislike burpees, running, and squats.
Then I found CrossFit at DRS. At first, the workouts were tough, but what I liked about DRS was that you can work at your own pace, and the coaches support you every step of the way. They really listen to your needs, modify workouts if necessary, and provide valuable tips to improve your performance.
The community is also incredibly supportive, and the high fives between workouts help keep you going during the tough ones.
After two months at DRS, I feel stronger both physically and mentally, and I look forward to coming in every day to continue improving.“
“The facility and coaches are great. It was motivating, and I felt so much at home when I was with Red Wolf. A lot of our veterans in the gym and community are always welcoming and sharing equipment with all of us. “For years and years I tried to lose weight with dieting and exercize. At one point I was working out in fitness place 4 hours a day! I found Diane Carpenter's DC Fitness! My journey will continue, as I get stronger and healthier day by day. Diane is a dedicated trainer, who tailors the fitness routine- to the needs and ability of her clients. She is no nonsense hands-on trainer; demonstrating then observing and correcting as the workout progresses. Every session is a new experience but is always balanced with both cardio and resistance. No workout is the same-old-thing. She has state of the art fitness machines combined with many other fitness tools : bands, dumbells, bosu, weight balls, TRX, blocks.... and more. At DC Fitness you dont waste time walking a tredmill; you dig right in and do reps and sets and move from routine to routine. I love this place and the vibe. I love my personal challenges. I love my progress. I am including 2 pictures. One is at the start of my fitness journey and the other is me as I am now. And one more thing: everyone that works out here is welcoming and courteous. “Amazing place to workout. When I go to the gym I can’t convince myself to work hard. At shorebreak they help you push yourself so you can see the results.
