ARK plumbing is there when you need them! We recently had a couple of issues involving drainage pipes in two separate rooms of our house. Firstly, our powder room toilet. The toilet wouldn't flush and worse than that, it began backing up and spilling over onto our floor and into the adjoining room. The water was unsanitary gray water, needless to say, you can fill in the blanks with your imagination. ARK came out, removed the toilet, and fixed the problem within half an hour. I couldn't be any more happy with their attentiveness, response time and efficiency of service. The next issue occurred in my kitchen where the garbage disposal line became loose and began leaking. My naked eye couldn't pick up on where the leak was coming from but more gray water was escaping into my cabinet and out onto the floor in my kitchen. ARK responded quickly again and fixed the issue, replacing all that needed to be replaced and assuring a tight fit so that this wouldn't happen again. If you have any experience with Home fixtures, you know that garbage disposals can be a repetitive problem spot due to the vibrations generated when running. ARK did right by us and fixed the issue. I'm confident that we won't have recurring problems with our garbage disposal again. I highly recommend ARK plumbing for your needs. Elana the owner is professional, kind and attentive. All I can say is WOW!!! Customer service is exceptional. Heather is a delight to speak to and the plumbers are polite, professional, fast and VERY skilled. All at a very low cost. I will be using Ark plumbing every time!
