He was able to break down what it is they do and what they use to treat pests around the home. Also he was able to explain what else it is they can do for us as add-ons and that initial treatment took some time. The technician that comes monthly is Auston and we are always pleased with him. Very professional and thorough. Each time I’ve spoken with him he is in a great mood and gets right to work which is something that we appreciate. I know it may not seem like a huge deal but him closing our gate and informing us when work is completed is always appreciated as well. At the start of each visit we are asked if there are trouble areas or anything specific we want addressed and they get right on it. 5 stars for EcoPro.“
