Dr. Asaad successfully performed a mass removal and skin flap on my dog, who had a level 1 soft tissue sarcoma on his leg, near the bone. It was a long healing process but the staff was extremely patient with my reactive dog and even when wait times were long, it was always worth the wait. Better to come in and make an appointment, instead of calling. Staff is super kind and you can tell they care about all the animals that come in. Love Highland Village Pet Hospital. We’ve been here for 5 years. Four fur babies get very well taken care of. Dr. Assad has an amazing bedside manner with all my kiddos. And the lovely ladies at the desk and behind are so warm and kind and loving. ❤️ We especially love Bridget and Jasmin! 🐶😻
I honestly was scared of going here seeing the reviews but I went ahead due to ky dog having an emergency and this place was the cheapest for a scheduled appointment and they had availability as soon as possible and I’m glad I went here. The doctor was so kind and the prices are fair for what needed to be done. We will be coming back in the future. Staff is very nice and worked with my dog even seeing how skittish she is.
