“Took a small (3x5?) Persian rug in after my German Shepherd "christened" it. Found the problem hours after it occurred, called these guys and took it in. I feel like these are guys who know their business, and they did a great job. Friendly, honest and informative. Note: expecting a new rug after cleaning is not realistic, but I'd need to show you the area for it to be noticeable. Very happy with the results. “I had a different company, recommended by a local plumber, who came out and told me I had thousands of dollars worth of damage, mold, and would have to have another company come out and do reconstructive work once they were done because they would have to pull out cabinets and sinks and make big holes in the walls. They even offered to falsify documents to my home owners insurance company. Once they did that, I knew they were not trustworthy, and refused their service. That is when I called Lou Gil at 411 Restoration. I asked if he could come look at my house and give me an estimate for the work needing to be done.
