I ended up with grease on my tan carpet... I called on a Friday and they showed up that Monday.. they were running late but Mark called early on to let me know. The technician did a great job getting the grease out but still went back over it to make sure.. very polite and professional.
Harvey is one of the good guys. He is honest and hard working. He will persevere to preserve your carpet. He is so reasonable and friendly, you will surely call on him again and again.
