“Dr. Karlsson was an angel sent. We contact her and was available and ready to guide some parents who have been sleep deprived. She followed up with us, every 1-2 days and her treatment was very helpful. Thank you Dr. Karlsson, you are amazing“

“I love coming here. Staff is always friendly, good communication. The doctors are the ABSOLUTE BEST. My last visit, I can’t remember the doctors name but he was very thorough, took his time, no rushing, made me feel comfortable. Great place!!!“

“Disappointed to see them permanently closed, but I was able to find another great urgent care closeby called Urgent Care Center of South Bay, and I highly recommend! It seems they provide the same services and you can make appointments online, which was very helpful for me. I'm quite particular with urgent cares, but this one had really friendly staff and short wait times. Also open 7 days a week, so super convenient. Definitely a great alternative.“

“Only reason I didn't give it five stars was it's complicated figuring out how to park and the synthetic smells in the office have to go. The staff and care are on point though. I sliced my finger open by mistake and was seen right away. Thanks for putting me at ease during a stressful situation.“

“First time at this clinic and I must say, easy transaction. Keep in mind, they required you to have a face mask, vaccine card and Identification card to check in. This loclocation is located inside a shared building, second floor. The office is well lit and organized. Foot traffic was minimum, the wait time was pretty face. I scheduled an appointment for 10:15 AM but arrived there at approx 09:50 AM. Had to fill out forms and after completion, I was already being seen. Excellent experience. I want to say, everyone that help me during my visit was professional, courteous and polite. Everything was done in a timely matter and you're pretty much on your way about your day. I definitely recommend this location due to their outstanding customer service experience. Very clean and sanitized. Their parking lot is spacious and easy access. They have a restroom for your convenience. This place is unique in their own way, from design and presentation, it's pretty nice. If you're in the area, stop by and say hi. Share your experience. “Everyone here was very nice and friendly. Be prepared to take photos of your ID and insurance card for the intake form (you'll have to scan a QR code). My only complaint is the time it took to see me. When I arrived, there was no one in waiting room. Receptionist said I was the 3rd patient of the day. After I finished the paperwork, I was brought back to a room and the assistant took my vitals etc. Once she left, it took 25 minutes for the PA to come see me. Given that there were no patients ahead of me, I don't know why the wait was so long. Clinic was clean and updated as well. I would still recommend :)“

“I had a really good experience here, which I did not expect given the other reviews. I went on Friday night about an hour before they closed and I didn't have to wait long. I was able to get all the tests I needed done within the hour and the dr called me about an hour after they closed to give me more results. I guess the only issue is that you probably won't be able to get your meds filled until the next day since most pharmacies including the cvs below close at 9. Fyi this is one floor above Whole Foods and there is not good signage on the 1st floor. Thank you to Dr. Bofill and staff for exceeding my expectations and providing quality care!“
