I'm a commercial real estate broker and called Central Roofing to inspect the roof on 2 commercial properties we own, and they provided quotes for both buildings very quickly. They were very honest in that they told us the roof on 1 of the buildings was in very good shape and did not need any repairs/maintenance. The other building ended up needing some minor repairs/maintenance in which they were able to go out to the building and complete the repairs within the same week. It only ended up taking them 2 days to complete the repairs and they did a fantastic job.
