“Very impressed with Israel and his crew. After a bad roof installation by a different company resulted in major damages to our house, we knew we had to get the right company to replace our faulty flat roof. We talked to several contractors, looking for a company that would do quality work at a reasonable price, while also being communicative throughout the process (something our previous company was not). Enter Israel and Power Roofing. When he came out to do the estimate, Israel walked us through the process, and was upfront and honest about the price. “Ever had a great experience with a roofer?Well you can now! I interviewed four roofers for our much needed condo roof. You can really tell a lot about a guy by the size of his tape measure.I met with Steve and he got right to work measuring and explaining the procedure for our style of roofing. Technology has changed since the last roof was put on some 50 years ago.Steve was the only contractor that included the stairwell and elevator roofs. I later had to ask the other bidders to add that in. He also pointed out what we might expect once the old roof was ripped up.His bid was very detailed. Explaining what any extra costs could be depending on how much rotted wood. His time frame was also the best. Other roofers were saying "next year".He went over all the details of what to expect. What inconveniences the tenants should expect. He was able to get the debris off the roof quicker to help with the garage parking access.He texted me daily updates and sent pictures of the rot that was found.His crew was professional and courteous to the tenants.No kidding, save yourself some time and just call Accurate Roofing Solutions.“

“I requested a quote from Cesar of BD&E Roofing for a leak on the flat part of my roof. He came out the same day I contacted him. He is very considerate and kind. He met with my husband and told him how to patch the area. He also gave him some material to use and told him where to get more. He could have easily given us a quote for the job, but instead he was kind and forthright. He sent me step by step instructions for my husband to follow. He also explained water flow and how to tell exactly where the leak is occurring. I appreciate him so much for being a helping person. We will need our shake roof replaced and I know whom I will be calling. Based on his integrity and photos of the roofs he has completed, I would highly recommend Cesar and his company. He also commented on the roofs around our home that are relatively new. He has extensive knowledge of all types and quality of roofing material. “Misong Construction recently completed the remodel of my kitchen and 3 baths and did an excellent job.I found out about Misong through friends, who’ve used them for roofing and painting jobs over the last 20 years (with great results) and more recently a few remodeling projects that went well, too.All the crews were very hard-working, always showed up on time and kept going until the job was completed. I have found that’s not always the case with other companies. I especially want to commend Pablo, the project manager, who has a great, positive attitude backed up by a lot of skill and knowledge. Daniel and Diego did a really nice job on tile and other tasks as well. Sherly in the office is really responsive and easy to work with. And the owner, Michael, stopped by my house multiple times to check on progress and clearly takes a lot of pride in his company. There are so many other employees equally deserving of mention but I don’t want to make this review too long.Overall, I had a really great experience and would definitely hire them again.“
“Terrazas Roofing helped with an inspection during escrow. Im glad we paid for a specific roofing inspection since they uncovered damages not found during general report. The seller provided a credit and I hired Terrazas for the repairs.The team cleaned up after themselves and after 3 months of off and on rain there is still no leaks.
