Have seen different vets at the practice, but just after 1 recent appointment, we know we love Dr. Orellana! Moving forward, we hope to continue our appointments with her ✨

P.S. The fact that they take Trupanion direct payment assures my mind for major illnesses and emergencies during weekdays. For weekends, the emergency hospital with Trupanion direct is in Concord.“

“I would give them 100 stars if I could! It was a painful decision to put our first baby to sleep. It was hard for us and my toddler. But they were great from the beginning. While other company pushing me to commit the appointment when I was struggling what's the best for my cat. Restful paws was being so kind with they soft tones and told me it's ok to cancel on the day of if I can't let go. I did keep my appointment but it comforts me and release the pressure when they told me I have the option to change my mind on the day It was a super hot day. Doctor was so patience to wait for us saying goodbye to our boy and prepare everything professionally. Even offer something to help my toddler feels better. She gave us space and time to have a proper ceremony for our cat when she was standing there with us under the heat wave. I can't say enough thank you for that. It took me couple months before I can write this review but I'm grateful for their help and I highly recommend them. Thank you again to help our sweet boy passing smoothly and peacefully“

They were with us for the entirety of my labs 12 years from his first shots till being put to rest last August after cancer. “We took our dog here for a concerning growth after becoming disillusioned with our prior vet in Oakland. Apparently many vet practices in the area have been taken over by VCA. Once that happens, the prices go up and the service declines. Unlike our prior vet clinic, Theater View offers highly personalized and caring service. They are super/ responsive to our questions and concerns. Dr Langford took excellent care of our dog, communicated with us along the way, and involved us appropriately in decision-making. I can't say enough accolades of this wonderfully homey yet highly professional veterinary practice.“

We have one dog and two cats. Cats can be difficult to handle, but Dr. G was truly a professional. I've been to many other clinics that scruff my cats without giving them a chance to behave. “Affordable vet! I’ve been here twice. The first visit is when my cat had a fever. The second visit is a year later when my second cat began to have breathing problems. I usually go to a different vet for their yearly shots, but this is my second option. They were extremely helpful both times and my cats recovered each visit. The receptionist ladies are quick answer the phone and are accommodating when scheduling an appointment. The vet workers in the back know what they are doing and are kind. I didn’t spend over $500 for both of the visits, and my kitties recovered days later!“

“I was recommended to Dr. Shelby Riddle in Benicia by my previous Vet in Fairfield. We were relocating and I trusted my former Vet. At our first appointment Dr. Riddle and I became friends. She had been my Vet for Max until he was 14 years old. He had a brain tumor and his behavior was getting frightening. She let me make the choice to let him go when I was sure it was time. When the day came she was very gentle with him (and me). Since then I have two more dogs and they are always happy to see her (as I am). Her staff is amazing and so kind. I would recommend Southampton Pet Hospital to anyone that is looking for professional, compassionate and caring Vets for their pets.“

“I've been taking my dogs to Redwood Veterinary since I moved to Vallejo (2017).. I use them for maintenance care (if there is an emergency or urgent issue, I go to Sage). Each pup received great care. My current dogs have two different personalities when it comes to vet care. One has severe anxiety that is being worked on, yet they still love on Gideon (muzzle, Gabapenten and all). Hannah strolls in, no issues, and gets the same love and care. When my last pup required emergency care, Redwood called every morning after the appointment to check on us. They provide great value for their prices. Not once did they try to upsell me on care I didn't need for my pups. I am always given options and enough information to make a decision.“
