She never imposes to buy products she sells but I have bought some products from her because I had asked her suggestions, and they all work wonderfully (and not so expensive). My favorite products are oxygen spray, moisturizer with gold particles, bee Vernon facial soap and sunscreen.“

“I've tried many places across the country/globe and no one comes close to Masami. Even other professionals comment on her skills. I have referred others to her as well and they've been impressed...and we all come out with very customized solutions.
She will see the strength of your lashes and their current shed/growth cycle (even month to month), the shape of your lid (even factoring in for differences between the two), and the look you want (natural or glam) and select each lash on its own for size, shape, etc. Somehow she does it all in an hour. I've had people take double the time for a less customized solution. The lashes also last the longest and I can use them with my oil cleanser (whatever glue she uses, it seems to be fine with everything but glycol). She is super organized, clean, careful, and punctual. The music is also on point so it makes for a nice nap break in my day. She's masterful!!“

“I went in for the first time and the young lady that did my eyelashes and eyebrows did not achieve what I wanted so I booked a fill and the business owner was the one there and she asked what I would like if I have pictures and I showed her and stated how the young girl that did my lashes did not give what I asked and the brows washed off after a week. So she said she wants her customers to be happy and she will make sure I'm happy with the services I paid for. Fill was free and she did my eyebrow tinting over again.
