I was recommended to Katrina by my wax lady and I definitely love the service and transparency she gives. The process is reasonable and little to no pain. I literally was falling asleep as she was doing her work on me lol I also have a high pain tolerance but even without anything it's literally not bad. I will be a returning customer she provides excellent customer service and a very clean office space!!

Super detailed, thorough, and 25th-century high tech! This is how much Katrina cares about her clients: she doesn't want anyone to use their own post-care products, so she gives you hers because of the risk of cross-contamination. Amazing job!

The best investment I have ever made! Katrina is a true artist. She is so intricate with every brow stroke that she does. This is my 3rd year going to her. I can honestly say she is the best in the bay area.
