“Traci has that excellence vibe. She's super friendly and communicative over text when scheduling appointments. I asked for a short, low maintenance summer haircut that I could put up into a ponytail because I need to put it up for sports and working out, and Traci delivered. You can tell she's incredibly skilled at what she does and she has a great eye for style. Two things I thought that made her stand out to me from other stylists is 1) she is honest about what she thinks will work and what won't and gives her best, most helpful opinion to ensure that the result is something that will work for you (some stylists will just let you do something to your hair that won't necessarily look good on you and just go with it), so ask for her opinion because it is valuable and 2) she spends extra time making sure your haircut is just perfect - which illustrates her dedication to excellence. “Vanessa Avalos I have been to three 30 minute and one 60 minute massages with Vanessa now, and she is spectacular! She really knows what she's doing, and checks in with you about the amount of pressure she is using. She is also an incredibly kind and caring soul whose presence is so soothing. She really loves helping people relax and feel better, and it shows. She creates a relaxing environment with dim lighting, white noise, and peaceful music softly playing. At $50, the 30 minute massage is an incredible value and allows me to truly relax. She offers longer sessions which are well worth the price as well!! I can't speak highly enough about Vanessa!“

“Theressa is amazing! I've been going to her for a few years, and even after moving out of the 626 area, I drive back to Theressa because I trust her artistry, attention to detail, care, and communication. She expertly understands the limits of hair and chemicals, and will be clear and honest with setting expectations based on hair condition. I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted, but with remnants of a perm and grown out single hair color from last year. I showed Theressa some ideas of what I wanted, and she guided me to find something my hair could handle -- which in this case was with a bit of bleach (too much would've damaged my hair), and a different color than I had in mind, but I think turned out better than the pictures I brought. Theressa is patient and really listened to me. She took care to analyze how the hair color would compliment my skin tone & how the cut would frame my face, and guided me through the entire process. She also gave me tips on how to style my hair for an upcoming event. Theressa's assistant Cindy was also so helpful, attentive & communicative!
